As part of a project aimed at revitalizing a community facility into a multifaceted cultural space, the 3rd and 4th floors underwent a transformation from expansive commercial zones to a series of studios catering to creators. Leveraging UBLO, the replacement of existing fixed glass facilitated the incorporation of ventilation windows without supplementary frame work. This solution addressed the need for enhanced airflow and functionality while maintaining a polished aesthetic.
