We pursue repairability and long-term usage, avoiding single-use packaging, unnecessary prints, and marketing that encourages over-consumption.
UBLO Inc
was founded in 2018 by Korean architect Naree KIM and Dutch architect Robert-Jan van SANTEN, who invented UBLO.
The company received investment from Infobank and collaborates with VS-A Group, specialized facade engineering offices to develop its products.
Since 2017, the company has conducted ventilation research projects sponsored by the Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning for three years in collaboration with Yonsei University Graduate School of Architecture, and has been being developing its technology through various government-funded programs.
