The first floor of an old welfare center has been remodeled into an open community lounge where residents aged 65 and over can freely gather and relax.
Taking advantage of its elevated location, the space offers a refreshing panoramic view of the Han River through its wide windows.
Word of mouth has spread quickly, and many seniors now visit to share stories and enjoy the scenery together.
